1. A Pump Controller Unit (PCU) which controls access to the fuel pumps.
The PCU is housed in a weather resistant, flame resistant box that can be mounted on top of the fuel pump or on top of a stainless steel post near the fuel dispenser.

2. A Vehicle Identification Unit (VIU) which is installed at the opening of the gas tank on each authorized vehicle.

Fuel Pump Access Options – security and safety of the vehicles

  • Radio Frequency (RF) ID tagE - DT has designed and developed a unique vehicle identification tag that is installed right on the opening of the vehicle’s fuel tank.
This ID tag communicates via RF with a similar device that is installed on the appropriate fuel pumps.
